Richmond County residents, businesses and farming operations are invited to save the date for May 12, 2018–It’s time for the annual Richmond County Tire Amnesty Collection and Recycling event made possible by Richmond County, in collaboration with the Northern Neck Soil and Water Conservation District. We CANNOT accept tires from commercial tire businesses. Tires must be tractor trailer size or smaller, and be free of mud and debris.
