Although local Virginia Cooperative Extension offices remain closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Northern Neck residents can still get valuable personal gardening advice through the Northern Neck Master Gardeners (NNMG) Help Desk. To connect with the Help Desk, email your question to HelpDeskNNMG@gmail.com. Include your contact information, photos, and any other pertinent information about the problems. NNMG members will reply to inquiries from 9 a.m. to noon Tuesdays and Fridays. If they cannot answer your question, they will research the topic or refer the problem to Virginia Tech. The service is free, and members are happy to help.
