If you are a gardener or interested in gardening and are inspired to learn and share, the Northern Neck Master Gardeners (NNMG) invite you to join us. Under the auspices of the Virginia Cooperative Extension (VCE), the 2019 Extension Master Gardener training program runs January 15 through March 26. Participants learn about eco-friendly landscape practices, vegetable and ornamental gardening, trees and shrubs, storm water, plant diseases, and other topics. If you love gardening, want to be a volunteer educator, and enjoy community service, this program is for you!
Cost is $150 – scholarships are available. Classes meet Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9 a.m. until noon at various locations in the Northern Neck.
