Mission statement
The Northumberland Association for Progressive Stewardship (NAPS) is dedicated to the improvement of the water quality of the Chesapeake Bay and its tributaries, the promotion and monitoring of sound land-use policies, fostering Northumberland County’s unique quality of life, and educating the public on how to be good stewards of our environment.
