Are you interested in shaping the next generation of Environmental Stewards and volunteering on our field trips? Join our FOR Lower Rappahannock Education staff for volunteer training for field trips. Volunteers need to be at least 18, pass a State Police background check, be available on weekdays starting in the fall for K-12 field trips, and have transportation to field trip sites in the Northern Neck and Middle Peninsula. We will cover best practices for working with youth in the outdoors, risk management, and teaching our most popular outdoor lessons. We welcome all levels of experience and understanding of topics.
