The Northumberland Association for Progressive Stewardship (NAPS) will be hosting the 10th Annual Earth Day Festival in “downtown” Heathsville on Saturday, April 19, 2025, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., with dozens of environmental exhibits and activities set up by NAPS and other local organizations, in conjunction with the first Heathsville Farmers Market of the year & the annual Wine Fest (Wine Fest is 11am-4pm).
Environmental exhibitors have been a key attraction of the Earth Day Festival – there’s something entertaining and educational around every corner.
Plans include an “All-Electric Vehicle” exhibit featuring cars, pickup trucks, and an electric powerboat, with owners sharing their experiences.
Visit the “Earth Day Pledge Tree” and receive a free reusable grocery bag if you promise to do something new to help the environment this year.
If your organization would like to exhibit at the Earth Day Festival, or if you have any questions or ideas, please email Stewardship@NAPSva.org as soon as possible.
