Changes proposed by the Maryland State Highway Administration to its stormwater management project at Woodsboro Park have the town unsure of what to do next. The new plan would cause the town to lose part of its walking trail, according to Kellar and Rittelmeyer. The town did not mind if stormwater management areas, like shrubs, were put within the looping trail, as long as the trail doesn’t get cut off. Allen Etzler reports at the Frederick News-Post online.
